Q: What are Zootrain Seminars?

Zootrain Seminars are half day seminars which will teach you how to use Google's AdWords search advertising programme.

Q: Is Google running these seminars?

No. The seminars are run by Zootrain. The trainers are Toby Mason and Michelle Hackworthy. They are not affiliated with or employed by Google. They are both small business owners who have benefited greatly from a thorough understanding of Google AdWords and they are Qualified Google Advertising Professionals, which means that they've all successfully completed the Google Advertising Professional exam run by Google.

Q: How do I sign up?

Simply click the register link on the top navigation bar. Select the seminar you wish you attend. You will be asked to submit some registration information. Then you will need to pay for the seminar online.

Q: When is the registration deadline?

There is no specific deadline but we recommend you sign up as early as you can since seminars fill-up quickly.

Q: Should I bring a laptop?

Laptops will be provided, but bring along pen and paper.

Q: Where are the seminars held?

They are held at the Institute of Physics, 76 Portland Place, London W1B 1NT, tel. 020 7470 4800. See seminar location and map.
The nearest tube stations are Great Portland Street (Hammersmith and City, Circle and Metropolitan lines), Oxford Circus (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines) and Goodge Street (Northern line). The Regent's Park station on the Bakerloo line will be closed until June 2007.
Bus numbers 88, 453 and C2 go directly along Portland Place and many other bus routes run on Marylebone Road at the top of Portland Place or Oxford Street at the bottom.
The nearest NCP is at 6-7 Weymouth Mews, London, W1N 3AA, tel. 020 7636 6313. Bikes can be locked up on Portland Place.

Q: Is there disabled access to the seminar building?

Yes, disabled access can be arranged but please give us at least two weeks prior notice.

Q: May I videotape or make an audio recording of the session?

No, video, audio or any other recording of the seminar is not allowed. Printed handouts will be given to everyone attending the seminar.

Q: How many people will be on the seminar?

The maximum number of people on the seminar is 14, ensuring that everyone can have some individual attention.

Q: Will lunch or refreshments be served?

There will be a tea and coffee break during the seminar. Lunch will not be served.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

Registration fees are non-refundable unless Zootrain cancels the seminar. We may cancel scheduled seminars at any time before the seminar. If we cancel a seminar, you may transfer your reservation to another seminar or opt to receive a full refund.

Q: Can I send someone else from my company in my place?

Yes. You may transfer your registration to another person at your company at any time by providing us with signed written authorisation prior to the commencement of the seminar.

Q: Can I change the date of my seminar

Yes, you can change the date providing you obtain written agreement from us at least two weeks before the date of the seminar you have booked on.

Q: I registered online, but never received my receipt email.

If you did not receive your receipt email please check your 'bulk' or 'junk mail' folders in your email account. If you still can't find it please contact us. Please let us know the registered name and date of the seminar when you contact us.

Q: Do you provide follow-up sessions after the seminar?

No, but you will receive a comprehensive handout covering everything in the seminar for future reference and guidance.

Q: Do you offer in-house training?

Q: Do you manage Google AdWords accounts?

No, we manage only our own account. We believe that you are the best person to manage your account since no-one knows your business as well as you do.

Q: How short notice can I book?

You can book up to a week before a seminar, but only if there are still places available.

Q: Can I change the session I'm booked on?

Yes, if you let us know at least one week in advance that you won't be able to make the session you're booked on.

Q: What if I'm not happy with the seminar?

While we would love everyone to be happy with our training we understand that some may not be. You can either speak to the trainer directly after the course or let us know via the contact page. We're interested in making our business the best it can be, and we can only do that with your feedback.

Q: Is there a discount for booking more than one at a time?

Discounts can be negotiated for bookings of more than 10 people. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Q: How long does it last?

The seminar takes three hours, with one twenty minute break. Tea and coffee will be served during the break.

Q: Will I get anything to take away?

There will be comprehensive handouts covering all the material covered in the seminar to take home with you for future reference.

Q: Does it matter whether I use a Mac or a PC for my business?

No. All you need to maintain and manage your Google AdWords account is to be able to log on to the Internet and login to your Google AdWords account.
